What Is The Little Bite Marks On Feet And Arms?

my son has little bite marsk apeparing on his feeet/anckles and now arms .. he went to walk in clinic and dr did not understand or say what this was but precribed ratio ectosone ..what could these be and why prescribe something for an unknown illness ?
