What Is The Long Hard Sticking Like Thing In My Vagina?

In my vagina there is a long hard sticking/cone like thing. If I touch it with my finger I can move my finger around it, the best way I could explain it is (sorry for my lack of knowledge on this) its about 4-5 long, 1-2 inches wide all the way around.. not sure what it is.. kinda worried, kinda not. I've never had a pap smear or anything.. I'm 18, kinda scared of getting one. Any ideas on what this is?? :(

Hello
I would come up with these possibilities for this ball like moving thing, these includes.
1 Prolapse of uterus , according to history this may be prolapse of uterus . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination as well as ultrasound of uterus.
2 Fibroid or cyst , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of this part .
According to your history ( query ) this may be uterus so consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
