What Is The Long Term Impact Of Inhaling Fumes Of Charcoal Lighter Fluid?

Hello, I have been forced to breathe the strong fumes of charcoal lighter fluid, being used as a constant fuel for torches, for three months by my neighbors in our conjoined townhouse. This is a fuel to be used as a starter fluid only, not continuously. It even states on the bottle not to be used on an open flame and not to be used on hot coals. It is used at least 4 nights a week for at least 4 hours a night. It has caused my blood pressure to rise from 140/90 to 220/120. I also find that now even BBQ odors bother me which were never a problem before. It has also produced pus filled bloody lesions in my throat that I presume is from the smoke inhalation irritation. Our smoke detectors were constantly going off so we had to remove the batteries, as the odor would even come in through tightly closed windows. The neighbors are completely uncooperative. I live in an HOA which has a nuisance rule which prohibits unreasonable odors but they refuse to help. They claim that there is absolutely no danger in what I m having to endure. I have been to the doctor who confirms my condition, but the HOA states they are not interested. What future health conditions can I expect if this situation continues? Thanking you in advance for any assistance you can give me regarding this problem. David

Dear David,
the charcoal lighter fluid is a petroleum product which means that it can dissolve anything that contains fats in our bodies. this means not only can it cause cancers anywhere in the body, it can damage the protective myelin sheath of the brain and spine leading to memory issues, mood disturbances, difficulty concentrating, frequent falls and balances while walking, dizziness and in severe cases seizures. please avoid these fumes as far as possible.
