What Is The Loud Swishing Noise In The Ears?

I very suddenly started hearing loud swishing noise in both ears; it subsided in about an hour and has now returned once again? What could this be? My blood sugar was at 56; then after eating a little, it came up to 102. Swishing almost stopped. Now it's back about 45 minutes later, louder than ever.

WELCOME TO HCM.
HAVING BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS AT 56 IS DANGEROUS. THAT SWISHING SOUND IN UR EARS IS BECAUSE OF LOW BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS ONLY. IF U R ON ANTIDIABETIC MEDICATIONS, U NEED TO GET UR DOSAGE ADJUSTED. NOTHING ELSE TO BE DONE FOR UR EARS, JUST EAT SOMETHING SWEET FOR NOW. IT WILL DISAPPEAR. HOWEVER, IF IT STILL PERSISTS, THEN U NEED TO GO TO AN ENT EXPERT. HE WILL DO UR AUDIOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT ANDWILLPRESCRIBE NECESSARY MEDICATIONS.
