I have swollen glands under my jaw bone (both sides), i have also slight toothache. My throat was sore and it is hard to swallow. I tried to clear out flem and spat out what felt like a hardish lump into the sink. I washed off the flem with the tap and there was what looks like a peanut sized bit of tissue/sinue.
