What would be the possible cause during that baby heart doesnt get develop untill the end of 13 weeks? what will be the major cause and how can it be resolved?

generally fetal heart rate can be picked up by 10 week through doppler.
are you getting any associated symptom like abdomen pain or bleeding?
if not , do once again doppler to find out heart rate.
its better to consult your doctor and get evaluated.
