What Is The Mass Of White And Red Part Came Out Of Vagina?

last month, i was diagnosed with uterine polyp and advised to take diane tablets. i take it but stopped when i feel that a mass grew in my underarm, cystic like. i have my period now and the flow's quite heavy and real painful so i drank 1 tablet of advil... after hours, something came out of my vagina. it's a mass of white part and little red parts... i guess it's the polyp. just fell out naturally today. i researched how it look like and i saw the same thing. should i get confined or go to the hospital?
