What Is The Maximum Acceptable CEA Level During Colon Cancer?

Hi, this is Chandan, my mother is suffereing from 3rd stage of colon cancer. now 10th cehmo theraphy complited. when completes the 6th cehmo , CEA was 6.6 and after complete the 10th cehmo it is reached to 15.06. My quation Is below : 1) 15% CEA level is good or bad 2) what is the maximum acceptable level ? 3) how to reduce the CEA level having the food please explain me in detail about this. waiting to hearing from you

Normal CEA level ranges from 0-2.5 micrograms per liter .
But after chemotherapy if mothers CEA has increased to 15.06 from 6.6 then she may need to second line chemotherapy.
I would advise her she does CT scan of whole abdomen and repeat her CEA test after 1 month.
