What Is The Meaning Of Hepatic Parenchymal Disease?

I had a liver scan it said MODERATELY INCREASED HEPATIC ECHOGENICITY AND COARSENED ECHOTEXTURE CONSISTENT WITH HEPATIC PARENCHYMAL DISEASE VERSUS FATTY INFILTRATION. What is HEPATIC PARENCHYMAL DISEASE? Treatment? Cant find alot of information on it and cant get ahold of my doctor.
