Your findings may suggest huge amount of fluid in right pleural cavity. This condition is called as gross right pleural effusion. You may need aspiration of fluid immediately. Inter coastal drainage may be placed in right side of thorax. You may need proper clinical evaluation and investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, pleural fluid (routine and biochemical analysis).Culture and sensitivity of pleural fluid should also be done. This is generally a manageable condition and it can be managed by medicines. You may need proper evaluation for tuberculosis etc.
