What Is The Meaning Of Pain Between Shoulder Blade And Spine?

Had a dull pain between right shoulder blade and spine, recured a few months later to become severe under shoulder blade. Numbness and muscle weekness spread down right arm. Subsided when laying down, extremely painful when sitting or standing. When breathing became affected, went to ER. Ct and X rays ruled out heart, lung, blood clot. Had to leave before MRI. Localized injection of anti imflamitory brings great relief, But comes back. Pilonodial syst (tailbone) one week before but drained with no further issue, may not be related unless i have some sort of spinal infection?

After going through your query I concluded that you may be suffering from muscular pain. Analgesic such as ibuprofen will be useful. EvionLC and Mecobalamine will be useful. Further you need to exclude neuralgic pain cause as spinal , it needs to be done MRI of thoracic and cervical spine.Vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 levels can be done to determine vitamin deficiencies.
