Hello XXXXX,
Thanks for posting your query.
Methylcobalamin is a form of
Vitamin B12 supplement that is used to treat a variety of neurological conditions. Some people may develop itching or loose stools rarely. Another very uncommon occurrence would be allergy to methylcobalamin where you get wheezing, chest pain, swelling of face, etc. This is extremely rare but potentially life threatening. So any allergy must be reported to your treating physician immediately.
Cyproheptadine is an anti-allergic medication also used in the treatment of migraine. The side effects would be increased
drowsiness, decreased alertness, appetite increase, weight gain and dry mouth. In some people it could also cause nausea and diarrhea.
Amytriptyline is an antidepressant also used in the treatment of migraine. The side effects would be
increased heart rate, dry mouth,
constipation etc.
Pantoprazole rarely causes serious side effects. The most common would be abdominal discomfort caused by gas formation, and diarrhea.
It is important to remember that not everybody has all the side effects. And most of the time the therapeutic benefits of the treatment far exceeds the discomfort caused by side effects.
Hope I've answered your query.
Regards,
