What Is The Medication For Numbness In Tibia After Injury?

Hi, the middle portion of the tibia has been numb for about a month now. I know the way I injured it was from playing football. I slid down and had another player run straight into it. I know that it is not fractured, but could you please explain to me what exactly is wrong?

There may be a hairline fracture of tibia which is slowly in healing precess. So try to avoid playing games for one more month.
