I have two dry white patches and dark red patch on tip of penis it is discoloured I have been tested for any possible std or sti came back negative I have tried anti fungal creams to rule out infection this problem has been on going for over 12 months my local gp is not very helpful in this matter is there any creams you would recomend that I can buy over the counter to rule out skin pigmentation
