What Is The Medication For The Sleeplessness Having Epilepsy And Undergoing Menopause?
I am going through the menopause, I have epilepsy but on no medication. I have had 6 grandmas seisures in my life and sleep problems seem to be related to these seisures ashwell as stress. I am desperate for a good nights sleep but afraid to take anything I was looking at herbal remedies but unsure. I am on atenolol was for stress not high blood pressure. I need to sleep I do get anxious at times and worry quite a bit. Please advise
I think that you should start a vitamin supplements containing isoflavones daily at evening , also continue your anti epileptic medicine , also I think alprazolam 0.5 mg is required at night.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
