What Is The Name Of The Condition When Lymes Experience After Taking Antibiotics?

What is the name of the condition patients with Lymes experience after taking antibiotics for about two weeks. My son has Lymes and the doctor said he would feel worse after a couple of weeks before he started feeling better. He had a name for this state and I cant recall what it is,

He is extrapolating from the well-known effect from the very closely related germ that causes syphillis. Although this isn't common and isn't associated with Lyme (indeed, I'm not sure I've heard that this happens), there is a scientific basis to consider it COULD occur.
It would be JARISCH-HERXHEIMER (sorry spelling is slightly off perhaps) reaction if it were syphillis. It occurs because all the germs suddenly dying off release crap into the blood stream and the person LOOKS like they have an overwhelming infection, when in fact they are being cleared out of one.
