For an adult, Optimal blood pressure is <120/80, normal resting heart rate is 60-100, normal temperature can range from 36.4-37ºC - and it does depend where the temperature is taken from. Taken inside the body cavity is always going to be a bit higher. Normal respiratory rate for an adult is 12-18 breaths per minute.
