I need to know what normal blood sugar levels are for pre-dieabites. I test b-4 meals in am my level tends to drop lower than it should after meals I retest when symptoms start. I would like toknow normal levels before meals and after eating. Most charts give a very wide range one tells me after eating level should be 160 or lower what is or lower , that could be 100

Normal blood glucose level in humans is about 72 mg/dL When operating normally the body restores blood sugar levels to a range of 82 to 110 mg/dL ( Pre-diabetic 110-126) Shortly after a meal the blood glucose level may rise temporarily up to 140 mg/dl. (Pre diabetes 140-180)
