What Is The Normal Scan At 35 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Dear sir/madam, im on 35 weeks of gestation period. i have done my scan yesterday but the doctcr said everything ok. even the report was done by hand not as typed so i cldn't understd his hand writing. could pls give me the normal report model for my convenience. thank you

WELCOME
At 35 weeks normal report means single live intrauterine pregnancy of 35 weeks with cephalic presentation. placenta is fundoanterior or fundoposterior with grade 2/3. No congenital abnormality seen.
