What Is The Numbness In My Head Without Any Injury?

hi, not hit my head or anything but my right hand side of my brain feels numb/ empty, tapped my skull and it still feels - the tap that is.only medical issue i have is graves disease which was treated with radio active iodine about 6 years ago???? any clues, not got headache

If what you're referring is sudden onset of right sided head, face, and right upper extremity numbness without any other symptoms you may be suffering from some form of sensory focal vascular deficit or mini-stroke. My advice is to go to either an ER or URGENT CARE CENTER so they can properly examine you and get the history in order to be sure nothing serious is happening.
