Im a 30 yo single female of 2 young boys i am a smoker unfortunatley so my symptoms are The left side of neck pulses and causes discomfort feels like something gonna pop followed by right shoulder numbness what could this be? This ussually happens when I have to raise my voice ??

Cervical rib syndrome. Or a host of other factors. A cardiology work up is advisable. Raise your arms over your head for five minutes, if the symptoms occur, go to your GP to pursue further management options.
