What is the optimum amount of sleep i should be getting each night, i am an active teenager that participates in weight training 4-5 times a week and anaerobic training 2-3 times a week. My diet is considerably healthy only occasionally indulging in unhealthy foods.

If I am your doctor I advice you that minimum of six hours of sleep is necessary for physically active teenager. But some yogis decreased their sleep by yogas. So if you do yoga your sleep time will decreases and you can even improve your physical work.
