What Is The Pain Behind My Breast Bone After Swallowing Some Pills?
Hi there I swallowed a pill 4 days ago with little water and went to sleep , the next day I had pain when swallowing anything even a drink. Since the pain seems worse , it s extremely sore and uncomfortable , the pain feels like it s behind my breast bone , eating food is becoming more painful . Please help with any advise for me ?

Hi,
I believe you have acute respiratory tract, it's not related to the medication you took. I advise you to take Tab. Azithromycin once in a day for 5 days.
Saline gargles 3 times in a day with warm water. Tab. Paracetamol 500mg twice in a day. Take plenty of warm fluids.
