Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic , thanks for posting your query .
I understand your concern.
Chest pain is something which should not be ignored. It could be due to various reasons, ranging from a simple untreated severe
gastritis to something very serious as a heart problem itself.
The very first thing is get an ECG, ECHO and a Chest Xray done. This helps to rule out the causes for your pain. Consult a Physician and get his opinion about the test reports.
Once the cardiac causes of chest pain gets ruled out , he will be able to derieve at a more appropriate diagnosis based on your history and symptoms.
If you have the breathing issues more severe than the pain , it could be
asthma. Its best to consult a physician at the earliest.
Meanwhile when the pain becomes unbearable take
ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day after food to relieve you of the pain.
Hope this answers your query satisfactorily and my suggestions will prove helpfull.
Wishing you good health.
Take good care.
Regards.
