MY BOYFRIEND & I HAVE BEEN HAVING SEX FOR YEAR. WE HAD SEX DAY AFTER MY PERIOD WENT OFF WE DID IT HARD & TOOK SHOWER AFTER SEX. BUT HE GOT LIKE SORE AROUND HIS DICK ITS FROM WHERE I GOT A LITTLE DRY WHILE HAVING SEX BUT THEN NEXT DAY IT WAS 2 MORE CAME LIKE SKIN OPEN A LITTLE. WE ARE SCARED AND I THINK ITS BACTERIAL INFECTION CAUSE WE DID GO TO POOL AFTER SEX. WE CANT HAVE SEX CAUSE OF SKIN ON HIS DICK IS PAINFUL AND WHAT U THINK IT IS?

Hello,

You Bf is suffering from painful sore skin on the penis after having sex. Now the skin on his dick is painful. Your Bf is suggested to use hygienic water to clean the tear and use a towel to dry it immediately. He should avoid putting on condoms as it will worsen the injury. Avoid any sexual activity, avoid sex until the wound get healed. He can apply ointment Soframycin on the area affected.

He can take a course of Augmentin to help prevent infection and to help it get healed faster. He can take acetaminophen, one SOS when needed to get relieve from pain and soreness. Avoid rough sex. Make sure the vagina is well lubricated before penetrative sex. You can use vaginal lubricants. Include food rich in vitamin E in your regular diet. Stay away from addictions if any. Always perform safe sex, avoid multiple partners to stay safe from sexually transmitted diseases.
