What Is The Painful Cluster Of Bumps On The Butt?

Hello I have a moderately painful cluster of bump on the inside of my buttocks , I recently used veet to remove pubes ... Next day I swam and had my swimsuit on for an extended period ... I noticed soreness but no bumps the next day. ... Two days later the the cluster forms . What could this be?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having multiple furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
