What Is The Painful Lump And Swelling In My Jaw After A Tooth?

I had a toothache and painful bump in lower left jaw under effected tooth. Bump is hard and stays in place. Its very painful to even Light touching. Inside of mouth and outside by effected area is swollen. Worst pain Is when I move my tounge or swallow. I had the tooth removed yesterday. But the pain in my jaw is still there and worse.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having alveolar abscess giving this problem.
As now tooth is removed, this will be alright gradually.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
