What Is The Permanent Cure For Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder?

I do not have insurance, and I'm at a point where I need medical help handling my ADHD. I've been through 5 jobs this year, and I can't seem to get it together on my own. I took medication growing up, but I don't remember what it was. Is there anywhere I can go for help that is going to cost less than an out of pocket office visit?
