What Is The Permanent Cure For Loose Motion In My Child?

hello dr. my daughter is2and half yrs old and having severe loose motion ,fever and vomiting,after taking zenocin 100 for 3 days she was ok but again it has started with loose motion she is not taking anything.her molars are erupting suggest me something to cure her.
