I am a healthy married 39 year old female. I have many contact and drug allergies. My vaginal mucosa becomes very irritated with most soap so I wash wish baby shampoo/bath by J&J. Unfortunately I have accidentally used Olay body wash on that area and it has become very sensitive. This morning I was washing (I do not use a wash cloth because they are very irritating to my skin) and felt a small pimple on my inner labia minora. I examined it and it was a very light brown pimple (I am a dark skinned black female) very raised (more papular), slightly tender to the touch. It does not hurt with urination. It did not resemble a wart (no cauliflower appearance) nor did it appear like a fluid filled vesicle. There isn't any surrounding erythema. My husband and I have not had sex in 4 months (he is under a great deal of stress from his business). We were recently married in April and did not have intercourse until after we were married. I have had 5 partners in 20 years and until my husband, used condoms. What is your impression?
