hey.my age is 22 yrs height is 5 feet . not married. i want to know there is a cyst is noted in my RT.ovary and LT ovary is engarled (4.3 into 3.0 into 3.4 cm) with total volume of 24cc.

THE SIZE OF CYST and nature of cyst will decide the treatment.
if it is less than 5cm and clear cyst it resolve with oral contraceptives for 6 months.
enlarged ovary probably due to increased stroma seen in PCOS.
IF You had irregular periods you have to take metformin after testing serum insulin levels.
