hi doctor,
i really dont know how to explain what it is exactly that im asking about. I am a 19 year old muslim who married a relative of mine. We have been married for almost a year now and i havent gotten pregnant. I do not use any contraceptives, but also, i would like to mention that he has vitiligo. Does his condition make it harder for us to conceive? and what can we do to ensure that nothing is wrong with us and that its just a matter of time and patience?

Do serum TSH and serum prolactin and husband semen analysis. Then do follicular study after taking Clomiphene from day two till follicle ruptures then IUI.
