In case of minor parents must accompany the patient.Only parents consent is legal in case of minor.Cost varies from institution to institution.It can be from 1000/- to 10,000/-.So you can choose hospital & nursing home as per your pocket. There are many procedures available .it depend upon the hospital/nursing home & doctor with which procedure she /he is comfortable.Disclaimer
