What Is The Prognosis For A GBM-IV Patient?

Hi My sister (48) is suffering from GBM -IV on left temporal area of Brain.
First time she operated on september 2006 and immediately chemotherapy started by doctor
which includes temadol and radiotherpy .
second time tumor again redevloped and surgery again happened on 2009.After surgery Doctor started 6 cycle of CCNU.
few days back she was uncounsious and feels like memory loss.So Dr. prescribed some of the tests which includes (PET (contrast and noncontrast) both,MRI also done.
Again Tumor redevolped on same area.
PET - DESCRIPTION--HYPERMETABOLISM on FDG and FLT images in left temporal region suggestive disease reoccurance.
What you say about the patient?Whats the survival time of the patient? How long she is goin to survive?
Is this the bad signal?
But the good point is patient is doing better .Some times she feels like some memory loss.
Can you reply ur suggestion asap.
