My aunt. age 43 5'1 130 pounds, is in a coma due to an amniotic fluid embolism... she has been in one for about 3 weeks now... shes opened her eyes and made facial expressions but is unaware of her surroundings... she was very healthy before no problems, until this embolism. she also has blood clots in the lower part of the brain... what is going on? how long will she be in this coma for? and will she have brain damage?
