What Is The Prognosis For Ejection Fraction Of 35%, Chronic Kidney Disease, Stent, Defibrillator, Diabetes, And Hypertension?

Hello, I am 65 years old, My EJF is 35%. I have a stent and also a defibrulator. I also have diabetes and high blood pressure and was just diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. My doctor told me, my prognoses was not good and I might have to go on dialysis with a chance of living for about 2 years. What can I do to increase my chances of living longer.

Please control high blood pressure with drugs. Control diabetes with insulin. Start alom vilom, kapalbhatti yoga and pranayam. Develop a positive outlook in life.
