What Is The Prognosis Of A Patient With Fluid In Lungs And Heart?
My daughter is in the hospital with a white blood cell count of 43000. She has fluid in her lungs and a ittle around her heart. They are giving her lasex to rid her of the fluid. They originally said she had pneumonia. Very much concerned on what is going on. She is 51 .Sorry, I thought this was a free site so we will have to wait and see what her doctors find.

as far as i know ,plural effusion analysis should be done. tuberculosis should be ruled out.That is one of the common cause.
