The uterus is anteverted measuring about 6.1cmx x 3.5cmx 5.1cm. A suspicious slightly hyperechoic area is noted at the anterior wall measuring about 2.4cm x 1.5cm, ill-defined which may be due to contraction. The gestational sac is seen at the fundus with smooth walls and regular contour. No apparent embryo and or yolk sac in this examination. MSD---2.1cm--7.0wks FHR--N/A Depth of chorionic fluid--1.5cm Cervix is closed. Ovaries are not identified. No adnexal mass. No fluid at the cul de sac. Remarks: Early intrauterine pregnancy of about 7 weeks age of gestation based on MSD. Anembryonic pregnancy is suspected. Unremarkable adnexae and cul de sac. Xxx *Suggest follow up scan after 2-4 weeks for further evaluation.
