If 4.5 years old boy child have monto test positive with 10 mms and abdominal adenopathy present in abdominal ultrasound and mild prominence of bilateral bronchovascular vascular marking with ill defined haziness present in chest xrays then what to do .what is diagnosis

By what you mentioned I feel that everything is fitting into a diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis caused by Epstein-Barr virus.

This can be really very troublesome and irritating illness. But at the same time, it is self-limiting and does not require any treatment and the child will get better on own.
