What Is The Raised Spot On My Leg?

I have this raised spot on my leg that is 3 inches long. the inside of the leg just up from my knee. looks like a hive or welp. No puncture mark. hurts more when flex muscle or walk. When I woke up it hurt but couldn;t see anything. Now there is this red raised spot & a white ring around it?
