What Is The Random Spot On My Testicles?

I have had a spot on my testicals for almost a year now and nothing has happened and it confuses me as to what it could be...so what are your takes on this ? Also there has been no pain what so ever.i am currently 15years old so I was also wondering if it was just a random spot that teens get.

Hi. This can be a simple cyst of the epididymis. Tell your parents and consult the Urologist , get ultrasonography done to ascertain the cause.
Looks nothing to worry about if there is no pain but examination and USG are a must to confirm that there is nothing to worry about.
