Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
It looks like infective diarrhea.
Give him Walamycin two times daily.
Sporolac one sachet with water daily.
Colimex drops 3 times daily.
Usually the child improves within 48-72 hours.
If not consult pediatrician for stool examination and further advice.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required.
Take care
