What Is The Reason For Abnormal Periods, Cramping, Sore Breasts, Sensitivity To Smells And Vomiting?

I was 3 days late then started lightly bleeding not even filling a whole pad in 5 or 6 hours. i have sensitive to smells and vomit and really sore breast mostly to the touch and i don't like some stuff for i use too and like some i never did. I accidentally got hit in the side pretty hard and the had slight cramping and heavy bleeding with clots but only for about a couple hours today and now it looks like its going to stop. what's going on?
