What Is The Reason For Abnormally Light Period, Nipple Pain And Back Pain?

So I'm 26 yrs old I usually have menstrual cycles for 5 days for the first 3 days I'm heavy the last two very light. I started bleeding but only when I wipe its been for 2 days so I'm not sure if it's my period since I've never had it like this my nipples hurt I have back aches I took a hpt and the rresults were negative could it be that I tested to early plz help

Light period and hurting breast and backache can be sign of pregnancy. But occasionally it may be due to premenstrual congestion.
as your test is negative you can consider taking mild painkiller like paracetamol. And repeat the test after 3-4 days.
