What Is The Reason For Always Feeling Cold, Depressed And Fatigued?
I am always cold and can't warm up and lately I've been feeling kind of depressed and fatigued is there something wrong with me? Or is it just the winter weather getting to me? Also I can't sleep well at night and when I do sleep I wake up quite a few times and during the day people tell me I'm distant and I feel disoriented and kind of tired.
You need to be evaluated in person by a physician. There is a very long list of possibilities as to what is causing your symptoms. Most of these are not "serious" in the sense of being life-threatening, but can definitely cause major disruption to your life.
It is best that you successfully treat the symptoms as soon as possible. However, to do this, you first need a diagnosis. Unfortunately, there is no acceptable alternative at this time to seeing a physician.
I hope this helps!

What Is The Reason For Always Feeling Cold, Depressed And Fatigued?
Hello. I am happy to try to help. You need to be evaluated in person by a physician. There is a very long list of possibilities as to what is causing your symptoms. Most of these are not serious in the sense of being life-threatening, but can definitely cause major disruption to your life. Your symptoms could be do to hormonal imbalance (thyroid for example); depression (often worsened by winter); sleep deprivation or other sleep disorder; etc. It is best that you successfully treat the symptoms as soon as possible. However, to do this, you first need a diagnosis. Unfortunately, there is no acceptable alternative at this time to seeing a physician. I hope this helps! ez
