What Is The Reason For Bleeding After Fall That Is Not Related To Pregnancy?

I fell down steps on thanksgiving! Got a big bruise on my butt! I'm a heavier girl. I haven't had my period in about 3 months I'm NOT PREGNANT I've taken 2 test at the docs office! I was on minera for 5 years and it was taken out in February so my periods have come and gone here and there. Now I'm bleeding like a period except its bright blood. Could this be because I fell? Should I be worried about like internal bleeding or something?

Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. Symptoms you have mentioned are quite normal and if you think that you are having heavy periods then you need to have an ultrasonography done to rule out other pathological causes. I dont think there is internal bleeding and your bright red bleeding is not associated with your fall. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
