Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You have tested too early for pregnancy. Urine hCG card test at home give conclusive reason after one week of delayed period . If you want to rule out pregnancy early then after three week of LMP (last menstrual period), blood hCG test can be done.
I suggest you to get examined by gynecologist as gynecologist will do per speculum examination and if any specific lesion present then it can be treated accordingly.
Hope this will help you
