Cardiologist 's  Response
HI

I read your query and would like to say that you suffer from diastolic hypertension.

I suggest to perform a full check up to determine the causes of chest pain and hypertension:
- ECG,
- Holter monitoring,
- pressure 24h monitoring,
- cardiac ECHO,
- stress test
- abdominal ultrasound,
- biochemical and hormonal analysis.

Meanwhile i suggest:
- A diet low in sat, fats and carbohidrates.
- Increase your everyday physical activity.
- Reduce alcohol intake.

Hope i answer to your query.
