What Is The Reason For Decrease In Beta Hcg Levels After First ICSI Was Done?

Hi! I had my first ICSI done recently and when got my Beta HCG test done for the first time the result was 197.5 mIU/ml (i.e. positive) but when repeated after 2 days the result was 4.7 mIU/ml and later I am a working woman and desk job, not much physical stress at work? After how many days could I resume work after embryo transfer and could I travel 1/2 hr to 1 hr distance to go to work? Regards
