What Is The Reason For Difficulty Urinating Along With Underlying Type 2 Diabetes?

Hi, I have type 2 diabetes and my blood work came back with my kidneys being abnormal. I do not have any pain. normal bowl movements. It does take a while to urinate, real slow, drip, drip. My doctor has set me up for an appointment with a specialist, but I m kind of worried.

Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM
You are a known case of diabetes , so there are good possibilities of developing Urinary tract infection. and symptoms are also matching with Hypertrophied prostate.
Requires consultation with urologist for proper investigations and management.
Hope the query is answered.
